Jonathan Shingleton is a Senior Consultant at Penn Schoen Berland. He has more than 30 years of experience applying research-based insights to business strategic development, brand identity and positioning, corporate communications, and customer relationship management issues. Jonathan has particular expertise in conducting research among hard-to-reach audiences on a global basis for major multi-nationals and their communications partners and service providers, developed from a bed-rock of agency and client-side experience in research and business-to-business market planning functions.
Jonathan is former Executive Chairman of Business Planning & Research Ltd (BPRI) which he founded in 1986 and sold to WPP in 2003. Jonathan managed the BPRI team awarded the prestigious Queens Award for International Trade. Prior to that, Shingleton held various director-level roles at research firms such as Business Decisions, Ltd. and PAS Business Surveys.
