His work focuses on messaging, brand tracking, crisis management and corporate communications consulting. Most recently, he has devoted significant time with clients combining the use of behavioral and perception data to bring insights and stories to life to new ways. He has conducted research for numerous Fortune 500 companies and had worked with global clients such as American Express, Dell, Microsoft, RIM, Yum! Brands, Reckitt Benckiser, Comcast, and Royal Dutch Shell.
