Jack MacKenzie is Executive Vice President and Market Lead for PSB’s Media & Entertainment Group, based in Los Angeles.
MacKenzie brings more than 25 years of experience in the media space, the last 15 as trusted consultant to dozens of media enterprises. MacKenzie is a national thought leader on the importance of understanding generational change in America including more than 10 years advising companies how to develop brands, content and messages for Millennials as well as the emerging Pluralist Generation. Prior to joining PSB, MacKenzie provided executive consulting and research services focused on advertising effectiveness, audience understanding and corporate growth initiatives to a roster of emerging, disruptive companies. Previously, MacKenzie was Executive Vice President at Frank N. Magid Associates, where he led the development of numerous breakthrough research methodologies and insight services in the entertainment space.
MacKenzie is the 2015 recipient of the Market Research Association’s Impact Award for research innovation. He serves on the Advisory Board for Elon University’s School of Communication and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Journalism.
