Jeff Goodman has an extensive market research background, specializing in technology marketing and strategy. Prior to joining PSB, Jeff spent more than a decade leading research initiatives at Microsoft for a variety of business units, including Office, Windows, Corporate Market Research, and SMB Segment Marketing. In addition to Microsoft, Jeff previously held research roles at leading hardware companies (Quantum, Gateway Computer) and the world’s largest technology distributor (Ingram Micro).
Jeff’s experience spans a breadth of research disciplines that include positioning and messaging refinement, SKU & pricing optimization, telemetry-based behavioral analysis, panel development, market share tracking, and customer segmentation. In addition to his passion for technology, Jeff enjoys camping with his family throughout the Pacific Northwest.
