Jessica Ritzo

Vice President & Global Head of Qualitative Operations

As Vice President & Global Head of Qualitative Operations at PSB, Jessica leverages her extensive marketing research and consulting expertise to continuously evolve, elevate, and expand the firm’s qualitative perspectives and capabilities through partnership with client teams coupled with leadership of qualitative field operations.

Jessica’s nearly 20 years of experience spans both the supplier and client sides of the business as well as a multitude of industries including CPG, food & beverage, healthcare & pharmaceutical, media & entertainment, and financial services.

Before joining PSB, Jessica was with a marketing research consultancy for over 8 years where she launched, grew, and led the firm’s digital qualitative division, while also leading in-person qualitative studies and designing and facilitating client ideation sessions.  Prior to that, Jessica held a senior role within a healthcare and pharma focused consultancy, where she designed and led large-scale domestic and international qualitative work.  Earlier on, Jessica was client-side with Diageo, after starting her career with ACNielsen BASES.

Jessica is a RIVA-trained moderator, a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), and graduated magna cum laude from Connecticut College with a degree in psychology.  In addition to writing countless blogs and thought pieces on the benefits of qualitative methodologies, particularly online and mobile approaches, she has had articles featured in industry publications, including Quirk’s Marketing Research Review.
