PSB Insights collaborated with Campaigns and Elections magazine to survey their database of political consultants and vendors. Survey invitations were distributed by Campaigns and Elections over the course of fielding. Professional political consultants are defined as full or part-time professional political consultants or vendors to political consulting firms or candidates.
